When Andrew Tainter wanted to build a
lasting
memorial to his daughter Mabel, his minister,
Henry Doty Maxson suggested that he build a
church-theater-library-community
center.
This building is on the Register of
Historical
Places
and is designated the permanent home of the
Unitarian
Society of Menomonie.
We meet here at 10 a.m. every Sunday,
September
through May
